The 2021/2022 football season was a huge success for Shevington FC Under 11s.
As kit sponsors, everyone at Orb Rope Access was delighted with how the players performed and their commitment throughout the season. We have proudly sponsored the team, who play in the Warrington League, since they represented the U7s and played 5 a-side matches.
The 2021/2022 season marked a very special year for the team. This was the first season of playing 9 a-side. It was also their first experience of playing to the offside rule. That’s a lot to deal with, but the team took it in their stride and enjoyed many wins and achievements.
The team competed in tournaments against other clubs from across the North West. Shevington FC U11s were runners up in the tournament at Fleetwood FC, and went one step further at the Appley Bridge tournament to win the trophy without conceding a single goal!
Congratulations on a fantastic season to the team, coaches and club. We’re very excited to see what the next season brings but hope you’re enjoying a well-deserved rest in the meantime!
