Orb Rope Access
in the Community

At Orb Rope Access, we’re keen to support our local community and give back wherever we can. We undertake various charity projects, and regularly work with in partnership with local people and organisations.

Shevington Under 9s Football team

Shevington Under 9s are a local grassroots football team which is part of Shevington FC, an FA Charter Marked Football Club. The team play in the Warrington Junior Football League.

Orb Rope Access are honoured to have been the sponsor of both the home and away kits for this team from the beginning of their grassroots journey in the under 7’s team.  The kits provide the children with team pride and belonging.

We have been proud to see the team grow, not only in football skills, but in resilience, teamwork and passion over the past few years of our sponsorship.

We wish Shevington Under 9s the best of luck this season!

Charity Events

For several years, Orb Rope Access have been putting smiles on the faces of children in our local hospitals.

Our rope technicians dress up as superheroes, and abseil down the hospital buildings so the children can see their favourite superhero fly!

If you know of a charity or business who would like to talk to us about a similar project to this, please contact us.

Work Placements

We are delighted to be able to work in partnership with Blackburn college to offer work placements to students who would like to work within the construction industry.

Our rope access technicians work closely with the students to explain how our specialism fits into the construction industry.
