BUILDING
INSPECTIONS
Rope access or UAV/drone inspections are far more efficient at identifying problems on the upper levels of high buildings than assessments from ground level. By accessing awkward to reach parts of your building, our IRATA Orb Rope Access teams can identify structural problems such as water ingress, concrete corrosion, loose cladding and mastic defects.
We provide comprehensive assessments of what, if any, maintenance or repairs need to be done. We take photographs and videos to substantiate our findings and show to customers for complete transparency. In line with our Safe Contractor status, our set-up complies with the highest safety standards and each survey is carried out with minimal disruption.
Emergency Building Inspections
Due to the nature of the problems we’re called to inspect, in many cases our building surveys are needed immediately. Our response times for emergency call outs are exceptional. We understand the need for an efficient, no-nonsense turnaround, and work with customers to meet their expectations.
